Austin's Toys'R'Us also has the "non-radioactive" Dr. Dreadful Lab Kits.
However they do sell separate sets of Dr. Dreadful's "glowing"
RADIOACTIVE EXPERIMENTS. The experimental packs "include all the
elements you need to conduct edible nuclear experiments!" The series
includes:

#1. "NUCLEAR FREEZE" - Turn Liquid Into a Solid Glob.

(Just the thing for nuclear waste disposal school science projects?)

#2. "NUCLEAR EXPLOSION" - 2 pouches of Nuclear Explosion Mix.

(Critical mass for the thermonuclear hobbyist on your block?)

#3. "NUCLEAR BLOB" - Make a Bubbling Blob.

(Play make-believe nuclear meltdown - radiation sickness makeup kit sold
separately?)

BTW, in a January Web-zine article, Christine James reviewed some toys
"for nephews and nieces for whom you have no particular fondness."
Besides the Dr. Dreadful kit, James also described "Big John - Flush and
Burp"... you don't want to know.
