{The change out has only recently become a contamination problem. It "will"
{become a periodic exercise that we want to deal with efficiently. The
{operational parameters of our e-beam have only recently reached a duty
{factor and sustained power level high enough to generate significant
{quantities of the stuff.

So the operation has been performed regularly but now you have the added
complication of anti-Cs added to being 60 feet in the air? If that's
correct, then I would assume there are some people who are already used
to doing it. Does the fact that it is now contaminated mean HP types have
to do it or can you train existing personnel to do it in anti-Cs? I
haven't seen this assembly but lowering it to the ground still seems
like what I'd want to do, if possible.

How long has the facility been there? Any chance of the assembly having
been designed with lowering it in mind? Seems odd to design something
like that, 60 feet in the air and not provide access.
