Loooking for info on a specific university Rad Safe program

Dear RadSafers:

I'm looking for some specifics on a general comment that was made to me
yesterday.

A fellow developer mentioned to me that he thought one of the Oregon or
Washington state universities had a Radiation Safety program that was developed
under a large database project of the $500,000 scale.  He thought it might have
been written in a 4GL language, "Magic" stuck in his mind.  Can anybody provide
a specific reference or lead?
