     May I suggest Thomas Edison State College.  They offer College Degree 
     Programs in both Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Protection.  The 
     programs are similar to those offered by Regents.  For those of us who 
     started their Health Physics education in the Nuclear Navy and/or have 
     successfully passed the NRRPT (National Registry of Radiation 
     Protection Technologist certification exam), its an effective way to 
     obtain either an Associates or a Bachelors Degree.
