In the DOE world, work packages and Radiation Work Permits have much
different retention periods as records. Although they are prepared in
concert, they are kept as separate entities for record retention
purposes.

  This is an inquiry to nuclear power plant personnel.

  We would like to know how many RP programs have integrated Radiation Work
  Permits into work packages as opposed to maintaining them as a separate
  documents.  Please send a short message of reply if your plant does
  integrate the two to Bob Champion at Byron Nuclear Power Station.
