Portable Beam Calibrator For Sale

I am interested in selling a never used J.L. Shepherd Model 10-A 20 millicurie 
Cs-137 portable beam calibrator.

It has been sitting in the box it was received in for more than six months.  J. 
L. Shepherd will take it back but I have to pay 10% of the $1,500 that it cost 
to purchase.

Any ideas on how I can recover some of this money?
