Minimum Qualification:  Bachelor's degree (official transcript must
be enclosed with application); 5 years full-time professional
experience in an environmental field; 3 years supervisory or
managerial experience.

Brief Job Description:  Looks like a manager's job with few direct
technical duties.  Make sure staff does the job and take care of the
administrative burdens.

Side note: TNRCC is responsible for the licensing of 11(e)(2)
facilities (e.g., Uranium mines) and radioactive waste disposal
facilities.
