     David Wiedis presented a litigation seminar at the Panasonic 
     International Dosimetry Symposium in Santa Fe, NM June 12.  It is an 
     excellent survey of the current state of radiation litigation in the 
     US as well as providing common-sense guidance on "how to avoid being 
     sued and how to improve your chances of winning if you are sued."
     
     Every person who advocates reducing or eliminating dosimetry support 
     should attend one of these seminars before making such a decision!
