I took Part I last year (and luckly passed).  My only source of review
was Tom's programs (both the NRRPT and the ABHP).  Either I have a better
memory under pressure, or the programs really helped.  My vote goes to the
programs.  Preparing for Part I should be only a review, not a crash learning
exercise.
