         I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about here.  So
         since there are no "stupid questions" could you explain
         this to me in a little more depth.  It sounds like you have
         research labs where some people use isotopes and others do
not, is this the case ?  If so, what specifically is so hot
         about it and what problems are you having.

         We are a broad scope agreement state license - and the situation
         I noted above is common to all the labs.
