I am a recent HP tech grad.  I did post my resume with the HP Newletter and I
got one response.  How many employers are looking at the Newsletter?  Also, I
posted my resume at the annual meeting.  I have gotten no replies as of yet.
 There have been conflicting positions on this subject.  From my experience,
it definitely is not a sellers market.  The employers can be very selective
on who they hire.
