Radiation Reassessed ...

Hi All,

I surfed across this site today and thought it might be of interest to the
RadSafe community. The site is called "The Why Files" and is produced by
the National Institute for Science Education and the National Science
Foundation.

        http://whyfiles.news.wisc.edu/index.html

As one of their articles they produced a series of web pages entitled
"Radiation Reassessed" that addressed a number of current radiation issues.
Page titles include:

  A-bomb survivors continue suffering...
Chernobyl -- results of the largest open-air radiation experiment...
How much (radiation) is too much?...
  Maybe it's (radiation) actually healthy...
  The measurement morass...

The article can be found at:

        http://whyfiles.news.wisc.edu/020radiation/index.html

It looks like the site is geared toward the secondary educational level
(junior high to high school), but RadSafe subscribers may find some of
the articles useful or at least interesting reading.

Just FYI
Ken
