Contact your Regional Food & Drug Administration.  They have good
information regarding micowave inspection.

I am in the process of updating our microwave oven survey policy and
would  like to know if anyone out there has an wxisting policy?  We
currently survey our microwave ovens on an annual basis (occupational
use only).  I know of one local academic hospital that no longer surveys
their microwaves.  Any  thoughts?
