We have also had problems with overcharging.

I found that one of the reasons it happened was that we have series accounts.
So initially we set up all the series, even though there were no badges in
all of them.
Then they started charging for control badges even for the series that
were empty. This kept happening for months and we would ask them to remove
the cahrges, and it would show up again, etc.
I think it has stopped happening now that we figured out what it was. I must
check with the billing secretary though.

I did not receive your oringinal post of 8/16 as I was on vacation and
"unsubscribed". Could you send me a copy of that mailing, and I may have
more input.
