I'd like to add that many of these same benefits that Sandy
mentions can be obtained at local HPS Chapter Meetings.
In regards to the HPS Annual, there is also the perspective issue:
The meeting looks different the first time or two, especially when
you don't know many of the characters (interpret that as you will!).
Maybe it is one's definition of "senior", but a wide range of ages
and experiences always appears to be represented. This includes
students, since the HPS (and the chapters) has been very supportive
of student sessions.
I suggest ya'll come down to San Antonio next year to verify any of
these claims. Maybe its location will be a bit more central and
easier to get to.
