Re: Bioassay

Bioassay covers in-vivo and in-vitro two methods. What is the best type
bioassay method, urine, feces, blood, or whole-body count? The most
difficulty of them are their results interpretation. In addition to the
limitation of dosimetric system and MDA of the detection methods must be
understood, one also have to know the analytical data represents, for
example, from intake or uptake, from inhalation or ingestion or both,
from single acute vs. long-term chronic cases. Is 24-h urine or timed
grab sample? Many factors must be evaluated for design a good bioassay
program. Almost each case has its uniqueness and must be assessed
individually. Call Dr. Ken Skrable, he can help you for sure!
