10CFR20,35,39 amendment

61FR52388 has some interesting proposed amendents to
Parts 20, 35, and 39.  NRC is revising definitions of
Airborne Radiativity Area, of High Radiation Area, of 
Eye Dose, etc.
Threshold for monitoring for minors and pregnant women
is being revised.
etc.
All together there are 20+ items.

I guess the medical folks will like the revision for
HRA best.  Now they don't have to hang an HRA sign on
a patient who is a walking (or more likely, immobile)
High Radiation Area. [Did a regulator really require that?]

Some very reasonable revisions.

A little risk adds spice to life.
