Ra-226 DCF

I'm interested in calculating the dose from ingestion (or inhalation) of
Ra-226 and all its progeny in equilibrium.

I looked up the Ra-226 DCF for ingestion in "The Health Physics and
Radiological Health Handbook" (B. Shleien, 1992). It is quoted as 3.58e-7
Sv/Bq (committed effective dose equivalent). I also noticed values for
Pb-210, Bi-210 and Po-210 of 1.45e-6 Sv/Bq, 1.73e-9 Sv/Bq and 5.14e-7 Sv/Bq
respectively, but nothing in the uranium series from Rn-222 to Po-214.

Here are my questions:

Are these the currently accepted DCFs?
Does the Ra-226 DCF assume equilibrium with its progeny down to Po-214?
What chemical form of Ra-226 is assumed?

Thanks in advance,
