Thank you for responding to my post. I'm sorry you feel the comments
maligned anyone and that it was not appropriate for radsaf. I started the
post with a warning that it was an exchange of information from a commercial
processor that we believed was informative to most of the group who are now
ICN's customers so anyone not interested could delete the post immediately.
We believed that the exchange of any information for a large part of the
radsaf goup was one of the purposes of radsaf.
The post was in response to receiving many irate calls about bad service from
ICN during the last 5-6 months when in fact nothing changed in the assembly
and processing areauntil the last 3 weeks. Only the customer service was
completely out of the Illinois facility 3 months ago. Many of the contacts
to ICN also tell us that our abilities and capabilities have been maligned by
people-whoever they may be. We have no problem taking the lumps for anything
we do wrong and we want customers to contact us so we can improve our
service to all users.
I know you are extremely busy and I will not contact you again by email
unless you say its OK.
