mini-PACS experience

I would be vry glad if anyone could help me with the following questions:

a)	I am trying to locate someone with mini-PACS experience
	for radiological images. We have been setting up a home-
	made network which can receive (using frame-grabbers)
	ordinary composite video signals from radiological equipment
	such as CT and DSA. However, we have met problems with the
	interference of the analogue video cables on both CT and DSA. 
		This interference appears as
	"ghost" images on the original CT and DSA monitors but NOT
	on the computer-end monitors either analogue or digital.

b)	I am also looking for any public domain RAID software for PCs.
	MS-WINDOWS software would be preferable but DOS will do.
