Pete Darnell make a good suggestion in the thread on public risk perception.

Anybody out there have a good working program specific to youth groups 
that compares favorably with the joint ANS / HPS program that wants to 
start a national campaign jump up and lead and some people will follow.

I'll dedicate an average of 6 hours per week to such a project.
