Who are you?

To all,

I read a lot of messages as all of you do. Many of them contain for
identification just an e-mail address, which usually does not identify your
affiliation, and a name again without identifying the affiliation. Should it
not be compulsary that you identify yourself properly by also stating your
affiliation, your address and probably fax- and telephone numbers. Your
affiliation might give some information about your background....
