Frank,

There were proposals like showing these Russians how they should have voted
in a referendum concerning a nuclear power plant. If we consider moral
questions, then the government should rather concentrate on the big issues
like safer cars. Do you think that the anti-smoke campaigns in the USA were
wrong?
