RSO Training

     Does anyone have any information on training courses geared towards 
     the responsibilities and requirements of being an RSO?  I am looking 
     more for a course which goes into detail on the regulatory 
     requirements of an NRC Materials licenses (vs. courses which discuss 
     health and toxicological info. on radiation etc.).  Any help would be 
     appreciated.
