Clarification - UCLA Job Postings

Not to interrupt an interesting thread, but I would like to clarify the
requirement in question from the recently posted UCLA jobs:

These jobs require the possession of a valid CA drivers license.  Therefore,
anyone who has the ability to acquire/possess one has the ability to meet
this requirement.  This requirement was never intended to exclude non-CA
residents.
