Please GO TO Safety Series 109 Intervention Criteria in a Nuclear or
Radiation Emergency,  IAEA, 1994, par. 508 and Table II, (based on the ICRP
60) and you will find the answer for your question. The lowest limit 0.1 G
(dose in less than 2 days) consider fetus and the type of effect,  teratogenesis
