I agree with Bob's comment. I was particularly referring to the 
individual's exposure is lower from the same type of procedures than 
received years ago. However, Bob's point that thre total GSD is more 
likely than not, up, since there are many more procedures being 
performed today ... thanks to more access, insurance and 
commercialization.
