Fuel Rack Replacement

Hi All!!

Koeberg Nuclear Power Station will be replacing their current spent
fuel racks with super high density racks.  We would like to hear from 
other plants who have done this, specifically about the following:
    1.  Any problems you have experienced.
    2.  Any good practises you can recommend.
    3.  Doserates on contact with the old racks.
    4.  Doses of workers who performed the task.
    5.  Did you perform any diving, and what were the doses?
Koeberg has been in operation for 10 years.
