We use Regscan for a monthly CFR update. We have used them for 2 years
now. There were some bugs in the beginning but they have been mostly
worked out. The search engine is pretty easy to use. We tried out
several different companies before deciding to go with Regscan. They all
have the same content so it is the search engine that really sets one
apart from another (besides price of course). Regscan has also been very
responsive on tech assistance. Their number is 1 800 REGSCAN.
