Whoops!   Correction, before I get inundated!  If the 3 microrem is true the
3 below should be 0.03 microsievert.

Recent comments have related to benefits and risks.  A further aspect of
this is that anyone travelling in an aircraft is exposed to enhanced cosmic
radiation, and travel  on international flights from this part of the world
could result in as much as 100 microsievert for a one way trip.  Another 3
from an inspection is a small increment.
