     What if this device is used to monitor people entering concerts for 
     drugs?
     
     What if this device is used to monitor people leaving work to see if 
     they are stealing from their companies?
     
     etc., etc.,
     
     Clearly such a device would be easily justified in many cases (e.g., 
     the airport scenario), but how about for the multitude of "gray" cases 
     likely to also emerge?
     
     This issue could bring on an entirely new era of risk/benefit 
     analysis...
