I suggest that you read the posting again, carefully, to determine what
amount of working experience would be acceptable, in substitution for
traditionally academic study. Note that, however unfair it may seem, at
times, universities are in the business of giving credits for courses taken,
awarding degrees, etc. They are, thus, obliged to honor those credentials.
Note, too, that a number of institutions do regard an NRRPT listing as
denoting the equivalent of a certain amount of formal education.
