I am looking of some information about potential Exposures related to
- Safety assessment of structure ,systems,componenets and procedures
related to protection and safety
- Decumention of safety assessment
- Investigation of accidents and abnormal exposures and follow-up with
correcttive action
- Safety training of staff at all levels.
