Apology for use of Capital Letters

I apologize to Marti, my previous use of caps was not intended to be
shouting.  I just normally use caps to distinguish my reply from the
original message.  Some of my more knowledgeable network colleagues
informed me that the use of capital letters on email messages means
"shouting".  Please forgive the impression my naive use of capital letters
may have caused.  My intent was just to indicate that there were many
facilities who could do such irradiations.  People who know personally
would attest to the fact that it would be very unlike me to shout at
anyone, especially
in a public forum.
