We at The Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) in FDA have
seen some case reports and more are coming in all the time. Tom Shope
from CDRH wrote a paper on this subject published in Radiographics in
September 1996. This is also posted at:

I presented a continuing education session on this topic at last
summer's HPS meeting in Seattle. Tom has presented on this at RSNA.
