RE: Rad leak in upstate NY

The sources I remember said that TMI incident resulted in a release of
something like 50,000 Ci of Kr-85, which was planned to mitigate the
radiation levels inside the containment facility.  Either way, resultant
doses to the population were less than 10 mrem.

Do I have this right?
