There appears to be an error in Equations 2 and 3 in the subject reg.
guide,  Release of Patients Administered Radioactive Materials.
 
They both divide by 100 cm squared, when they should divide by (100 cm)
squared.  The calculation examples in Appendix B are done correctly.
