Radium Jug or Whatever It's Called

Well, it didn't take long, did it?.....One radsafer here bought an 
interesting radioactive article/antique and performed a radiological 
survey on it.  Then someone was "PUZZLED" that no contamination was 
detected.

Sound like the "puzzled" radsafer does not quite believe that there 
could be no contamination...more likely he doesn't believe the survey 
was done correctly?

Just because contamination might have?, should have?, or could have? been 
there, doesn't mean it HAS to be there!
