Irradiation Facilities

Radsafers,

A faculty member here would like to have a very small sample of 
organic liquid, something significantly less than 1 ml, irradiated to 
a total gama  dose of about 1 megarad.  The tricky thing is that he'd 
like to have the sample cooled while it's being irradiated. Any suggestions 
for facilities out here in the east that could do this irradiation for him?
