Re: Returned submittals

The returned mail seems to state THEIR server is attempting to put 
the E-Mail initiator along with the @rl.gov server exchange (the 
message is returned from EXCHANGE@RL ... it is the server, not an 
individual that causes this.. The message says that the initiator 
needs to change the SMTP stamp. I just delete the message.
