Thanks, Matt.

This narrows it to a factor of 10 compared to other estimates as I understand
them (esp. 0.6 rem/mCi x 4 Ci)  :-)

I appreciate the note on the impurity re the longevity of the monitor response
vs 1/2 life of Tl-201.
