Sealed Radioactive Sources for Disposal

I have the following sources for disposal:
     
Five 297-millicurie sources of Am-241 in an Amersham X-12 capsule.
Each source can be supplied in a functioning sulfur analyzer.

One 0.5-microcurie calibrated check source of Am-241.

One 9.36-millicurie source of Ra-226 in a survey meter calibration device.

One 132-millicurie source of Cs-137 in a K-Ray density gauge.

Do you need any of these materials?
