The Federal Radiological Monitoring and Assessment Center (FRMAC) would
only be activited for an emergency that had the potential to impact the
public and exceeded the capability of the Facility to handle.  These
conditions did not exist for the Hanford Incident.


The usual, intuitively obvious but regrettably needed, reminder that I
alone am responsible for the contents of my messages!
