RE: Medical Exam

There is no regulatory requirement for an individual to notify an 
employer of a medical procedure involving a nuclear medicine 
procedure. Generally this should be addressed in the facility 
procedures and employee requirements. It should also be addressed in 
the training program and be made part of the initial employee 
orientation as well. Therefore, it is administrative in nature.
