At Salem Station, the Nuclear Shift Supervisor is not required to 
approve RWPs.  First line RP supervision approves all RWPs except for 
those involving entries into a Seal Table Room or Reactor Sump.  
These must be approved by the RPM (potential VHRAs).  In addition, 
the Nuclear Shift Supervisor must approve issuance of keys to these 
areas because he is supposed to be cognizant of the location of the 
in core detectors and thimbles.
