Jim,

	I recall "calibrating" several of these Grentz ray machines for
dermotologists early in my career.  We measured the HVL's in sheets of
saran wrap and the outputs in R/s at very short SSDs using the old 250R
Victoreen end-window chamber. 

	I believe their typical treatment was on the order of 1500R per shot and
would take only a few seconds. I would imagine that the total error bars
between our measurements and their delivery would be around 50%.
