DEGREE REQUIREMENT
I believe that a comprimse to this degree requirement could be easily
solved by saying that if you have taken and passed the NRRPT that you
may take the CHP exam otherwise you need to have a degree. I believe
this would be acceptable to most. Passing the NRRPT shows that the
people have a acceptable level of understanding. I know alot of degreed
personnel that couldn't pass the NRRPT.
