Chris,

If you wanted to be technical about it, all murders are committed with radioactive
material because all materials are radioactive.  However, using the radiation to do
the killing is a bit impractical.  It has been demonstrated that a small amount of
lead, hardly bigger than a Co teletherapy source, can be lethal if properly propelled,
The big advantage is that the killer does not have to lug a lead pig around.
