Food Irradiation

Someone Wrote.... "Irradiation is nuclear radiation"... I hate to be a
stickler; however, irradiation is the term for exposing a material to
radiation...if a material has been exposed to radiation (ionizing) it has
been irradiated...reference, Rad Health Handbook - Glossary
