Source{ALS} is a third generation synchrotron light source, producing
radiation in the UV and soft x-ray regions. The ALS is a national
user facility for scientific research and development located at
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. As a user facility it is
available to researchers from industry, academia and laboratories
from all around the world. Subsequently, a wide range of safety concerns
